Partners celebrate four years of growth
UK – The Heat Pump Warehouse and cylinder manufacturer Joule are celebrating a four-years partnership that has helped installers thrive in the UK’s growing heat pump market.
“Our partnership with Joule has been fundamental to our growth from day one,” said Jonathan Jones, CEO of The Heat Pump Warehouse. “Their product range perfectly complements our mission to make renewable heating accessible and affordable. The combination of Joule’s quality engineering, comprehensive installer support and our competitive pricing model has resonated strongly with installers navigating this accelerating transition.”
Joule’s dedication to installer support through the Joule Academy training platform and in-house design services has also supported The Heat Pump Warehouse’s customer-first approach.
Founded by property investor Jonathan Jones in 2022, Heat Pump Warehouse reached £500,000 turnover within six months, approaching £2 million by the end of year two. Alongside Joule, it also partners with brands including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Hitachi, Samsung, CTC, Vaillant and Panasonic.
Joule, established in 2008 and headquartered in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, has evolved from manufacturing copper-vented hot water cylinders to becoming a comprehensive renewable heating solutions provider across the UK and Ireland.
