MC Distribution becomes DiversiTech France
France – DiversiTech has acquired HVAC/R distributor MC Distribution, converting the business into a dedicated DiversiTech France unit in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, near Nice.
The new operation gives DiversiTech a local distribution platform in France for installation components and accessories used in air conditioning and reversible heat pump work. DiversiTech and its legal adviser, Dentons, have both confirmed the acquisition.
MC Distribution supplies distributors, purchasing organisations and national groups. Its portfolio includes air conditioning accessories and refrigerant line sets, including copper lines, supports, trunking, condensate equipment, tools and residential ventilation accessories.
DiversiTech said the French unit is intended to give HVAC/R customers direct local contact, dedicated logistics and technical and commercial support tailored to the French market. The company said the move brings its service and distribution capabilities closer to customers in the country.
