DiversiTech opens new 70,000 sq ft Nottingham distribution centre
UK – DiversiTech International has begun operating from a new 70,586 sq ft distribution centre in Nottingham, expanding the manufacturing and logistics capacity supporting its HVACR and heat pump product business.
The company started operating from the Power Park facility on Thane Road on 7 August 2026. DiversiTech said the move would increase manufacturing capacity, improve efficiency and create a more continuous workflow from production through to customer delivery.
Expanded Nottingham operation
The facility includes 66,986 sq ft of warehouse space and 3,600 sq ft of offices, with more than 8,500 sq ft of mezzanine floors added during the fit-out.
It provides more than 5,000 pallet locations and over 10,000 picking locations. DiversiTech said the additional space would support future growth, product development and customer service.
The move relocates DiversiTech’s Nottingham operation from its previous Glaisdale Drive East site.
DiversiTech supplies ancillary products for air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers and air-source heat pumps. The company says its wider range comprises more than 10,000 products sold in more than 40 countries.
The Nottingham business was formerly known as Pump House, which joined the DiversiTech group in 2016. The organisational name changed to DiversiTech International in 2021, while Pump House continues as a product brand.
