Joule to launch BEN integrated heat pump
UK – Manufacturer Joule will officially launch its new BEN integrated heat pump solution at InstallerSHOW in Birmingham (23-25 June).
Designed to provide heating, ventilation and domestic hot water for small to medium-sized homes and apartments, BEN (Become Energy Neutral) can be installed as either an exhaust air heat pump using indoor air only, or as a mixed/dual source system, using both indoor and outdoor air to optimise performance.
Featuring a compact, all-in-one unit, Joule says its patented air balance technology sets the ventilation flow rate specific to each home and optimises outdoor air intake to match home heat loss demand.
The BEN app offer installers guided setup and built-in diagnostics. It allows users to save and reuse settings, with remote monitoring and updates. Joule says homeowners can use the app to monitor energy use, adjust heating and hot water settings and optimise system performance.
Joule will be on Stand 5F49 at InstallerSHOW 2026 at NEC Birmingham.
