Stiebel Eltron scores top workplace hat-trick

UK – Renewable heating specialist Stiebel Eltron UK has been listed for the third consecutive year as one of the top companies across the country to work for in the construction, engineering and property sector.

It was ranked number 30 in the category, with 90% of staff gave it top billing as a ‘great place to work’, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK company.

Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture and uses employee surveys to help guide organisations in building a strong work environment. Its certification process captures employee feedback as well as acquiring details about the organisation’s programmes and practices.

Listed in the UK Small to Medium category, 100% of employees said Stiebel Eltron treated them fairly regardless of race or gender, gave them the resources to do their job, created a safe environment, and provided facilities for a good working environment.

Managing Director John Felgate said: “Being recognised as one of the top companies to work for in the sector for the third year in a row is a testament to the fantastic workforce we have. They are the driving force behind everything we do.

“I’d like to thank everyone for their superb work and fantastic attitude which makes the company such a unique and special place to work.”
