Installer support platform for Baxi with friendly technician interaction.

Baxi updates installer support platform

UK – Baxi has unveiled its updated Baxi Works platform and says installers are already reportedly praising the changes.

The refreshed app has been designed to help heating engineers spend less time on admin, find technical information faster and access the training and support they need to grow their business. It also enables installers to earn rewards.

Installers had told Baxi that they wanted a platform that was smooth, fast and reliable, regardless of the device they used to access it. Baxi Works is now optimised for mobile devices, making it easier to complete everyday tasks while on the job.

Baxi Works now helps engineers secure new business through qualified customer leads generated by homeowners who have contacted Baxi looking for installation support. By connecting them with genuine opportunities, the platform is said to reduce the time spent searching for work and enables business growth.

To support installers with the transition to low carbon heating, discounted heat pump training is available on Baxi Works along with technical guidance and expert advice. The platform includes tools to identify error codes, assess gas pipe sizing, a gas flow rate calculator and access to Parts Arena.

The Works platform has evolved to include a new top-tier Baxi Approved Partner status. This grants access to an enhanced package of business, technical and marketing resources, alongside premium rewards and exclusive benefits.

Baxi reports that the platform is winning praise from its members:

  • Amarjit Singh, ASSG Plumbing & Heating: “It saves you time and you are seen as a professional. The new Works platform is much faster, from pipe sizing to customer details and registration. You can find the faults very easily too. Anything to make things faster!”
  • Darren Titcomb, DDT Plumbing & Heating: “The layout of the new Baxi Works platform is better – it’s easier to find things, look up past histories, etc. It’s a big help. Registering the boilers is a lot quicker on the new platform as now you have less to fill out – just the information that’s needed.”
  • Matt Cockerill, MAC Plumbing & Heating: “I like the fact that Works gives you access to discounted training. The fault-finding course is particularly helpful.”

Dan Martin, Loyalty Marketing Manager at Baxi, said: “We built the new Baxi Works around what installers told us they needed. Time spent on paperwork is time away from customers, so we’ve focused on making everyday tasks simpler while giving installers access to quality training, exclusive rewards and technical support that can strengthen their business. Whether it’s finding information on the job, developing low carbon expertise or accessing new work opportunities, Baxi Works is designed to show installers that we’ve got their Bax every step of the way.”
